The river of God
Sunday Apr 02, 2017
Sunday Apr 02, 2017
The man brought me to the eastern entrance. There I could see the water flowing out of the east gateway. Measuring as he went, he took me along the stream for a thousand cubits and then led me across. The water was up to my ankles. He measured off another thousand cubits and led me across again. This time the water was up to my knees. After another thousand cubits, it was up to my waist. Then he measured another thousand cubits, and the river was too deep to walk across. It was deep enough to swim in, but too deep to walk through.
Then he said to me, “This river flows east through the desert into the valley of the Dead Sea. Fish will abound in the Dead Sea, for its waters will become fresh. Life will flourish wherever this water flows.
The thousand cubits represent prophetic measurements of appointed times and stages. It is described in four phases. But God will hasten the day of completion.
Romans 9:28 because he will complete his plan concisely and justly, and the plan will be executed swiftly on earth.
The direction is towards the East and the destination is the sea of the Nations.
The river flows from the presence of God, and the Spirit flow is towards the completed work of Jesus in the Earth.
The last two moves of the Spirit over the last forty years certainly spread the river of God widely in the earth. Perhaps not too deeply, but millions of people certainly got their feet wet. Some stood either ankle deep or knee deep looking towards the Lord’s return (east) and feeling drawn into a flow of God’s Spirit towards the completion of his purpose in the Earth. These are the ‘times of refreshing’ from the presence of The Lord.
Acts 3:20 times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, who must remain in heaven until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.
All over the world there are hundreds of thousands of secular people of various philosophies and beliefs as in the book of Acts, searching for an inner reality. People are becoming more spiritually aware. They are disillusioned by the materialism and corruption of the world. God’s Spirit is wetting their feet, supernaturally making them aware of his spiritual reality. Acts 17:26-33.
1. Ankles – (Many starters) We get led across, to and fro and experience the breadth of our lives being touched by the Spirit of God. We may not be going too deeply into the spiritual work that God wants to complete in us but we become awakened and made aware of his presence with us. We are being touched by the flow but not yet moved overmuch, as we have freedom of our own movement. A hope arises and our interests are changed.
2. Knees – (Many having time off) We still get led across but the Spirit’s flow to the sea slows our freedom of movement so that we find ourselves being more aware of our own resistance. That can be confronting but we can sense the abundance of God’s mercy in this and we also become aware of the drawing power of God’s grace to take us downstream.
3. Waist – (Many stayers) We cannot go against the flow at this stage but we can plant our feet - and that seems to take us nowhere. We realize we are being drawn away from wanting to move across our life just to know more things. We want to know God and would rather remain present to an unseen and unseeable mystery than give up or just try to look busy. This is not passive but a preparation for a new kind of spiritual inner movement, like the coiling of a spring. But perhaps we are too apprehensive to plunge in and swim. Then someone holds out their hands to us so that we can be floated down the river. We say please don’t let me go!
4. Swim - (The way to go) We go with the flow and become part of the river’s energy and blessing, bringing life to whatever it touches. Everything goes in the right direction. From a deeper level of presence (by faith) there flows the supernatural action that freely serves. This serving may not be big, showy, or even noticeable. It may be hidden and unseen, but it is very real to anyone who receives its flow of life. This is the healing of the nations.

The tent of restoring presence
Sunday Mar 12, 2017

1 Chronicles 13:2And David said unto all the congregation of Israel … let us send abroad unto our brethren everywhere… that they may gather themselves unto us 3. And let us bring again the ark of the presence of our God to us for we did not enquire of it in the days of Saul.”
God was waiting for the enquiring heart of David. David was then moved by God to bring back the ark of God’s presence, and place it in a tent on mount Zion– The Tabernacle of David. And as David continued to worship God during the time of the tent presence, the regular tabernacle stood on Mt. Gibeon, functioning without the ark of presence, while the workers in the quarry were cutting out the stones for what was to be Solomon’s temple, the final resting place of God on Mount Moriah (Psalm 125:2).
In the following Scripture James refers to that event and quotes a prophecy regarding the restoring of the presence and power of the Spirit that will come in the end days. He does this by pointing out that in this present age, God’s purpose is to gather in “the rest of humanity who seek after the Lord, all the Gentile nations who are called by my name”.
Acts 15:16-18 “After this I will return and will build again the tabernacle of David, which is fallen down; and I will build again the its ruins, and I will set it up;That the rest of humanity might seek after the Lord, all the gentiles who are called by my name, says the Lord, who does all these things. Known unto God from eternity are all His works.
THE RESTORING OF GOD’S PRESENCE RELATES TO THE RE-GATHERING OF ISRAEL
In this scripture, the Apostle James is quoting Amos 9:8-12. "The eyes of the Lord God are watching Israel, a sinful nation, and I will pluck her up and scatter her across the world. Yet I have promised that this plucking up will not be permanent. For I have commanded that Israel be sifted by the other nations as grain is sifted in a sieve, yet not one true grain will be lost. But all those who say, `God will not touch us,' will die by the sword.
11. "Then, at that time I will rebuild the tabernacle of David, which is now fallen down, and set it up, 12. Israel will occupy what is left of Edom and of all the nations that belong to me." For so says the Lord, who has planned it all.
The context of this scripture in the book of Amos shows us that the restoration of the Tabernacle of David is linked to the prophesied scattering of the nation of Israel. (Amos 9:9-10) (Deut 4:27) This is linked to what was prophesied by Isaiah that Israel would not remain scattered but be gathered again a second time. And the fullness of this re-gathering will coincide with the fullness of the Gentiles coming in (Rom 11:25).
Isaiah 11:11-12 And it shall come to pass in that day, that the Lord shall set His hand again the second time to recover the remnant of His people, which shall be left, from Assyria and from Egypt, and from Pathros and from Cush and from Elam and from Shinar and from Hamath and from the islands of the sea. 12. And He shall set up an ensign for the nations and shall assemble the outcasts of Israel and gather together the dispersed of Judah from the four corners of the earth.”
The nation of Israel was re-established in 1948 and has remained and grown against impossible odds.
In 1967 Israel won back their land in the six day war. This is the second regathering of Israel in all of history and is therefore the fulfilling of Isaiah’s prophecy. (The first is recorded in the books of Ezra and Nehemiah)
It was prophesied that Israel would be scattered among the nations of the earth because of the people’s disobedience (Leviticus 26:33;) The scattering began when the Assyrians carried the ten tribes away into captivity (2 Kings 15:29; 17:6). The scattering continued when Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, carried Judah away into captivity (2 Kings 25:1). After the death of Jesus, the Jews were scattered among the gentile nations (Luke 21:24).
There is that same yearning in peoples’ hearts today.
Acts 3:20 that times of refreshing may come from the presence of the Lord, and that he may send the Christ appointed for you, Jesus, whom heaven must receive until the time for restoring all the things about which God spoke by the mouth of his holy prophets long ago.

The tent of meeting
Sunday Mar 05, 2017
Sunday Mar 05, 2017
Exodus 33:7 Moses took his tent and pitched it outside the camp, far from the camp, and called it the tent of meeting. And it came to pass that everyone who sought the Lord went out to the tent of meeting that was outside the camp. 8. Whenever Moses went out to the tent all the people rose, and each man stood at his tent door and watched Moses until he had gone into the tent. 9. And when Moses entered the tent the pillar of cloud descended and stood at the door of the tent, and the Lord talked with Moses. 10. All the people saw the pillar of cloud standing at the tent door, and all the people rose and worshiped, each man in his tent door. 11. So the Lord spoke to Moses face to face (person to person), as a man speaks to his friend. And he would return to the camp, but his servant Joshua, a young man, did not leave the tent.
Exodus 34:34 But whenever Moses went in before the Lord to speak with Him, he would take the veil off until he came out; and he would come out and speak to the children of Israel whatever he had been commanded. And whenever the children of Israel saw the face of Moses, that the skin of Moses’ face shone, then Moses would put the veil on his face again, until he went in to speak with Him.
This was not the tabernacle of Moses, with the holy place, where the priests (Aaron and his sons) went daily through the first curtain to do their priestly duties. This tent had nothing to do with duty; this speaks of a heart that pursues the presence of God.
There were always TWO TENTS. One was the tabernacle of the congregation and the other was the tent of meeting (with God). The tabernacle of the congregation became the structured community house of God, which was to bless the family of God. The tent of meeting was and still is the place of personal communion with the heart of God, and today each of us is that tent. These two expressions still exist (John 2:21, 1 Corinthians 6:19, Ephesians 2:21)
1. The tent of meeting was for Moses’ leadership direction for Israel and to experience of the grace and presence of God. The tent of meeting was also for everyone who sought the Lord.
2. The tabernacle was for structured community salvation, blessing, healing, and instruction and unity.
3. The Holy Nation was to be the combined expression of the holy tents of meeting and the holy tabernacle of unity and love.

ENDURING TO THE END
ROMANS 11:25 Because I don’t want you to remain ignorant of this mysterious enigma, in case you should be just fooling yourselves, that Israel has become blinded in their minds for only a limited time, until the full number of the rest of mankind who will be made right with God through Jesus is reached, and only God knows that number. 26 And then all of Israel will be made right with God; as it has been written, ‘There will come forth a Saviour from Zion who will turn away all ungodliness from Israel’.
ENDURING FOR ISRAEL
Daniel 12:1…there will be a time of anguish for the Jews greater than any previous suffering in Jewish history. And yet every one of your people whose names are written in the Book will endure it and be delivered…4."But Daniel, keep this prophecy a secret; seal it up so that it will not be understood until the end times, when travel and education shall be vastly increased!"
5. Then I, Daniel, looked and saw two men on each bank of a river. 6. And one of them asked the man in linen robes who was standing now above the river, "How long will it be until all these terrors end?"
7. He replied, with both hands lifted to heaven, taking oath by him who lives forever and ever, that they will not end until three and a half years after the power of God's people has been put down.
8. I heard what he said, but I didn't understand what he meant. So I said, "Sir, how will all this finally end?"
But he said, "Go now, Daniel, for what I have said is not to be understood until the time of the end. Many shall be purified by great trials and persecutions. But the wicked shall continue in their wickedness, and none of them will understand. Only those who are willing to learn will know what it means.
ENDURING FOR THE NATIONS
Romans 8:26. The Spirit joins himself to us in our human weakness, because we do not always know what we should be asking God for, but the Spirit feels our agony and pleads on our behalf with silent cries.
27. And He who searches the hearts shares the same mind as the Spirit, because He pleads for those who have entrusted their lives to Him, for the Father to answer their cry in His own perfect way.
28. And so we can be assured that everything that happens in our lives will be divinely contrived to bring about His greatest benefit for us, who love God, and who accept the invitation to be part of his will for our life. 29. For he knew beforehand and predetermined all of us who are now being conformed to the image of his Son, that his Son would be the family firstborn among a multitude of brothers and sisters.
31. So what will we say about all this? If God wants to do all of this for us, who can stop him?
34. Who can dare judge us? It is Christ that died, and what’s more, has risen again, and who is even at the right hand of the Father, and who prays for His best to happen to us.
35. So what can separate us from this love of Christ? Could it be suffering or misfortune, or persecution, or no food, no clothing, danger, or violence?
36. The Scriptures say “It is for your sake that we suffer death blows all day long. We are counted as sheep for the slaughter”.37. No, in all these things we end up winning because of Him who loved us.38. And I am convinced that not even death, or life, or heavenly angels, or angels of darkness, or demons, or what is happening now, or what might happen in the future,
39 Or things above, or things below, or any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

Overcoming the world
Wednesday Feb 15, 2017
Wednesday Feb 15, 2017
John 16:33…I have overcome the world. Romans 12:21…overcome evil with good
Harm and evil occupy the territory on one side of the veil, and peace and love and faith occupy the other side behind the veil
There are only two spiritual laws at work in the universe.
Romans 8:2 For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus has made me free from the law of sin and death.
Romans 7:21 I find then a law, that, when I would do good, evil is present with me. (When I would do what is true and loving I find that there is something confusing and harmful in me). For I delight in the law of God after the inward man (awakened to alignment to God): But I see another law in me, warring against the law of my (awakened) mind, and bringing me into captivity to the law of sin which is in me.
Romans 7:25 I thank God through Jesus Christ our Lord. So then with the (spiritual) mind I myself serve the law of God; but with the flesh (the veil) the law of sin.
Both of these spiritual territories live side by side for all. Spiritual warfare is about territory, not just fighting battles. It all depends on wanting and receiving faith to go through the veil. Ephesians 2:2
The pain of life inflicts itself upon me when my "I" is yet divided between flesh and Spirit (Romans 7:25).
So there are only two laws for humanity in the universe. We are accountable to only one. We won’t be asked to give account for how well we developed our self defense mechanisms in the shadow world of the flesh, and get praise for getting a high score for winning the rat race. Where would you rather be/ Do you like it out there?
Hebrews 12:24-25..How shall we escape (the harm and evil) if we neglect so great a salvation?
Suppress, express, confess. (witnessing presence).
We will find ourselves out in the muck but we need not get separated.
OVERCOMING THE WORLD – Beyond meditation
2Corinthians 3:16 When one turns to the Lord, the veil is taken away.
Arms out front pushing – but nevertheless turning and becoming arms out wide embracing.
Then faith finds peace love, word of power, and hope. Romans 8:2
Then reenter with love and truth and power of faith.
John 17:14-16 – I have sent them into the world but they are not of the world – keep them from the evil (harmful)

Turning from and turning to
Sunday Feb 05, 2017
Sunday Feb 05, 2017
2Cor 3:16 But when one turns to the Lord, the veil is removed. Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom. But we all, with unveiled face, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
Turning, to see or to look is done with our MIND – it is what we are conscious of, focused upon –
Our natural mind draws us back into the shadowy territory outside the veil of separation where there is fear and conflict. An innocent heart anchors itself behind the veil with God where there is peace and power and love.
Hebrews 6:19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil
Repentance from dead works and faith toward God (A turning of the mind from one place to another) means the focus is on whom we are turning to and not what we are turning from.
Faith toward Jesus is turning to Jesus for faith - his faith. The mission of the Holy Spirit is to help us turn away from unbelief, from our own faith in ourselves (dead works).
Phil 1:6 God (Holy Spirit) works in us to will and to do of his good will.’
James 1: 23. If you just (ONLY) listen to it (God’s Word about who you really are) and don’t live out from it, it is like looking into a mirror and observing your original self that came into being in eternity, and ignoring the wonder of that. 24. You catch a glimpse of what this innocent God-trusting life is that is the real you, but when you get back into the daily routine you forget all about how you can live that life-with-God experience that has just been revealed to you. 25. But if you look intently into the freedom of what that perfect life principle holds for you, and focus on it and anchor yourself in it, you will live out from it and BE BLESSED in every area of your life.
The freedom means we let ourselves out of prison and we release The Holy Spirit as well.
1John 4:4 ‘Greater is he that is in you than he that is in the world’. He upholds the universe – His Word orders it, in the midst of the turmoil of darkness. That word is in you, in communion with him behind the veil. We turn from communion with the WORD of the world on the shadow side of the veil.
When a person recaptures a moment when God became so very close that he took away fear and unbelief they will testify that God became magnified, that they decreased and Jesus increased. The paradox is we become more the person we really are and would like to be. We share in His spirit, with Him, and each other.
The weakest link is our turning back to our own strength to try and make better efforts to fix the past or the present or the future. Religion urges people to try harder to repent and to have faith but Grace simply turns our face towards his greatness. He is the author and finisher of our faith. He is the alpha and omega, the beginning and the end.

A new form of entitlement
Sunday Jan 29, 2017
Sunday Jan 29, 2017
Innocence is where God lives in us and outworks wonders. It is not perfection and needs tons of mercy. But our natural mind draws us out into the shadowy territory of harm outside the veil of separation where there is unforgiveness and conflict. An innocent heart anchors itself behind the veil with God. Hebrews 6:19 This hope we have as an anchor of the soul, both sure and steadfast, and which enters the Presence behind the veil.
Matt 9: 5…Which is easier, to forgive sins or to say rise up and walk…
Jesus begins to unveil a new reality into the earth from heaven – We are not seen as sinners, but as innocent. God always works miracles in a creative order that undo before they do. They undo darkness like it was undone in the beginning of creation. God said ‘let there be light’. Then came the cascade of creative action (the Universe and us and everything in between). God doesn’t see one miracle of creative order harder or bigger than another. Our purpose in life is to bring others into that same place of forgiveness and innocence with God. We see them as forgiven. That freedom and sense of purpose is their entitlement too, and it cannot be withheld from anybody. It is the good news.
ENTITLEMENT
Luke 4:18 “The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he has anointed me to proclaim good news to the poor. He has sent me to proclaim liberty to the captives and recovering of sight to the blind…
The poor that Jesus spoke to believed they were entitled to nothing, no honour, no respect. The Pharisees were entitled to everything. That was a wrong sense of entitlement – one is advantaged and another suffers. That was not the way God saw things. In the world, on the shadow side of the veil, there are many, many offences caused by the battleground of entitlement – my entitlement versus your entitlement (QM). Our natural mind loves to try and manage all that stuff. However, from within the veil there is an offer of entitlement we can hold forth in which no one suffers because one person has already suffered all things to give us all an entitlement of all of his inheritance that does not diminish as it is shared - in fact it grows. We give away and we get more back.
Jesus offered the entitlement of his kingdom to the rich young ruler. Jesus didn’t spare the young man’s feelings but he didn’t speak harm – only untruth harms mind and spirit but truth and love always heals and repairs. That story is an extreme case and it seems to terrify us. Oh, what would happen if God asked that of me? But - it opens up the wonder of how great must the kingdom be? And is God just. We are left wondering what would have been the outcome if that loss/loss story had been different. What would have been the win/win result? This is not just about money.
What would have happened to his money? Would he dump his money by the bagful where the poor lived under bridges and let people scramble for it? When it was gone would he go and live under a bridge too? That rich young ruler had talent. Jesus could see that – he loved him. He would have become incredibly productive and creative. We are left wondering what his destiny might have been. He would have followed Jesus like Peter and the others. We have spiritual riches to give away.
Psalm 37:3 …Commit everything you do to the Lord. Trust him, and he will help you. He will make your innocence radiate like the dawn, and the justice of your cause will shine like the noonday sun. Be still in the presence of the Lord, and wait patiently for him to act. Don’t worry about evil people who prosper or fret about their wicked schemes. Stop being angry! Do not lose your temper— it only leads to harm. For the wicked will be dealt with, but those who trust in the Lord will possess the land.
The sharing of entitlement through seeing people as forgiven brings people to God and the creative power of God. Innocence can touch harm with holy. One thought from God’s heart changes everything.
Isaiah 58:6 Undo the heavy burdens. Let the oppressed go free, and remove the chains that bind people.
“Then your salvation will come like the dawn…Then your light will shine in the darkness and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon…The Lord will guide you continually giving you water…like an ever-flowing spring… You will be known as a repairer of the breach and a restorer of paths to walk in.

Innocence through the veil
Sunday Jan 22, 2017
Sunday Jan 22, 2017
Galatians 5:14. But if you attack one another (unforgiveness, anger, guilt etc.), watch out that you don't destroy one another. But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh (Veil). For the desires of the flesh (veil) are against the Spirit, and the desires of the Spirit are against the flesh (veil), for these are opposed to each other, to keep you from doing the things you would.
Going in opposite directions. E.g. why does my shoulder hurt, my ears are swollen, I get headaches and painful ribs? (R). A variety of slightly different choices within the same harmful territory are not correct choices. When the choice is between two totally different territories, one harmful and one powerfully creative there is only one decision.
There is no conflict here. There are only two teachers – the Spirit, and the one we make, the Veil (flesh). One guides us into light and life.
Matt 18:1…the disciples came to Jesus asking, "Who gets the highest rank in God's kingdom?" For an answer Jesus called over a child, whom he stood in the middle of the room, and said, "I'm telling you, once and for all, that unless you return to square one and start over like children, you're not even going to get a look at the kingdom, let alone let it live within you. Whoever rethinks and learns to value simplicity again, like this child, will rank high in God's kingdom. What's more, when you receive the childlike on my account, it's the same as receiving me.
Innocent means to not do harm (in-nocere)– for self and others. We often do as much if not more harm to ourselves as we do to others. Our life is meant to be about creating, not destroying. Innocence is where God lives and works wonders.
The flesh (veil) is unforgiveness, and destructive criticism, anger and grumpy cranky. All of that is harm (but if you attack one another) – towards others. No miracles here. Self pity and complaining are an attack on self and others. All of these are also an attack on our great God, our Saviour. No miracles here.
It is not will power but grace power We need to let the Holy Spirit out of the prison we make for ourselves. He wants to do it for you but he needs our help. He yearns for us jealously but we can grieve him and quench him. We imprison him with our flesh and he struggles with us to bring us through the veil and set us free and that causes us pain too – the unnecessary pain of resistance. Spiritual warfare is not as spooky as it would seem. We can choose losing the war of flesh against flesh or choose a miracle of God’s victory in the Spirit.
The bridge across to the real world goes through a tunnel. It has to be crossed and there is no real spiritual life for you if you don't cross over it. You might involve yourself in a religious life but you are still preventing miracles from happening. We can expect a miracle every time we go through the veil of the flesh into the spirit and thank God and trust him to do his perfect will. There is no fear or anger or unforgiveness there.
There's a time of disorientation in the transition time which can be confusing but don’t be afraid as this is a real tunnel with the real light at the end of it. It is a tunnel of the shadow of the past. Forgive it for what it did to you. Holy Spirit gently leads us and shows us how the veil of the flesh is dissolving as we do this.
The flesh has tried to make a havoc of our relationships by dictating our reactions, but we are giving up nothing and losing nothing by leaving its guidance behind. We have everything to gain and nothing to lose by ‘Thy will be done’. As you walk the journey across the bridge through the tunnel, you find that you are not so much approaching the presence of the haven of love as it is approaching you.

Forgiveness and the torn veil
Sunday Jan 15, 2017
Sunday Jan 15, 2017
Unforgiveness imprisons us in a world outside of Gods compassion and mercy not because he is not giving it to us, but because we do not see it. Only the spiritual mind sees this mercy and forgiveness – our natural mind is blinded to it, because unforgiveness is a world of darkness. It is the greatest enemy to sharing life with God. Unforgiveness and the guilt that comes with it is the underpinning fabric of the veil of separation between us and God and one another.
That veil over Adam’s mind and heart, that was Adam’s guilt and shame, separating him from God (and from Eve when he blamed her), was undone by Jesus on the cross. Jesus’ body was torn when he gave up his life for us on the cross. At that same moment the veil of the temple was torn from top to bottom.
The veil is our inheritance from Adam. The torn veil is our inheritance from Christ.
Hebrews 10:19 And so, dear brothers, now we may walk right into the very Holy place, where God is, because of the blood of Jesus. This is the fresh, new, life-giving way that Christ has opened up for us by tearing the veil - his flesh - to let us into the holy presence of God.
We can fail to choose the real world of God’s will in the mind of the spirit and choose instead the unreal world of the natural mind of the world of darkness and confusion, where peoples’ unforgiving egos collide with each other. That is a prison and prison life is not pleasant. We are here to let people out of prison, not place them in there. And we have to let ourselves out first!
Colossians 3:12 forgiving one another, if anyone has a complaint against another; even as Christ forgave you, so you also must do.
Just as in the parable, where the King teaches forgiveness by forgiving totally and the unkind servant teaches unforgiveness by sending his debtor to prison, so we too teach unforgiveness when we make another person feel guilty instead of alive and free. We can separate ourselves from God and his salvation and make a prison for ourselves as well as our brother or sister. We can fail to understand what a real relationship is because we seek punishment instead of being set free. By not accepting fully the atonement for our own guilt we are compelled to pass it on to others.
A beautiful holy truth that God gives to our spiritual mind gets undone and our soul gets undone with it. Pain and sorrow rush in and peace and power disappear. Jesus died so that humanity could have his inheritance of forgiveness. How can we even think of stealing that inheritance from anybody at all? The cost of giving is receiving – if you give guilt you will get guilt, and go to gaol and do not pass go.
So if this happens to you do not ask God for forgiveness because that has already been given. Instead ask God to teach you his mercy and forgiveness for yourself and others and plunge yourself into the presence of God. That is the Holy Spirits work. Don’t delve into the deep past and look for people to forgive. Holy Spirit is in command of that too. It is the every day-all day forgiveness of the imperfection of humanity that we attend our heart to, and that is everywhere, including most of all in ourselves.
This is not only about personal holiness or healing. It is about releasing the power of resurrection that was not released until the cross had torn the veil.
Miracles can now begin. We don’t have to seek the anointing because it will flow from within. If we want to see people changed we must become part of this power that brings real change – in ourselves first then in others.

Rebuilding hope in God's will
Sunday Jan 08, 2017
Sunday Jan 08, 2017
Zerubbabel was the leader of 50,000 exiles returning from Babylon (A place of bondage), and he surveys the rebuilding of the temple. The Samaritans brought about an order from the Persian government to halt construction. Preoccupation with other personal demands on their lives and pressures that came from facing a time of radical change had drained their energies. Comparisons to stories of the glory of the former temple began to breed discouragement that they could never rebuild it as well, if at all.
If we want to be in the perfect will of God where do we start?
We start by the small beginning of thanking The Lord that we are in His will. (1Thessalonians 5:18)Å
Zechariah 4:10 Do not despise this small beginning, for the eyes of the Lord rejoice to see the work begin.
How do we start?
God encouraged Zerubbabel to call upon His grace and the power of the Holy Spirit to get the work done.
Zech 4:2-10 "What do you see now?" he asked. I answered, "I see a gold lampstand holding seven lamps, and at the top there is a reservoir for the olive oil that feeds the lamps, flowing into them through seven tubes.
3 And I see two olive trees carved upon the lampstand, one on each side of the reservoir.
4 What is it, sir?" I asked. "What does this mean?"
5 "Don't you really know?" the angel asked. "No, sir," I said, "I don't."
6 Then he said, "This is God's message to Zerubbabel: `Not by might, nor by power, but by my Spirit, says the Lord Almighty-- you will succeed because of my Spirit, though you are few and weak.'
7 Therefore no mountain, however high, can stand before Zerubbabel! For it will flatten out before him! And Zerubbabel will finish building this Temple with its capstone in its place shouting 'grace and thanksgiving' for God's mercy, declaring that all was done by grace alone."
8 Another message that I received from the Lord said:
9 "Zerubbabel laid the foundation of this Temple, and he will complete it. (Then you will know these messages are from God, the Lord Almighty.)
10 Do not despise this small beginning, for the eyes of the Lord rejoice to see the work begin, to see the plumbline in the hand of Zerubbabel. For these seven lamps represent the eyes of the Lord that see everywhere around the world." (TLB)
Grace means that it is not our power but God's which moves obstacles.
As individuals also, we are each a temple of the Lord. The Lord calls us to act to release His grace.
Note the use of the plumbline or spirit level. This signifies simply getting started and measuring what had to be measured.
There is our work in believing and there is God’s work in achieving. Then the 'capstone' or finished state demonstrates a true and finished work. God will help us to work on one thing at a time. When time becomes an enemy in your mind then turn it into eternity through stillness. This depends on whether you value more the things of time than the things of eternity.
The faithful work is ours – the supernatural work is God’s. There is our work in believing and there is God’s work in achieving.
The Holy Spirit teaches us that whatever the enemy has done to destroy our faith, the Lord is able to recover, reclaim, restore, renew, rebuild out of what has been broken, and to bring restoration to our soul, to our character, to our life and future.
God shares his will with your spiritual renewed mind but the natural mind demands its will of you which is the opposite to freedom or what we call free will. When the natural self will asserts its opposition to Gods will it is acting against its spiritually created true inner self. It even encourages you to oppose Gods will because it feels like it's missing out and not in control. The result is dissatisfaction and confusion in the soul. Gods will is free will because it is always loving and productive and totally without coercion.
The reality is that you and God are one - of one spirit. So Gods will and your will are actually the same. The result is clarity and satisfaction in the soul.
